Angela Eller
Angela has always been a movement enthusiast. From sports and running to group fitness classes, she chased the unmistakable high and joy that came from challenging her body. She discovered yoga by accident while searching for her next fitness push—and instantly fell in love. What began as a physical challenge quickly became something deeper: a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Taking the leap into teaching over 15 years ago, Angela has since guided thousands of students through a wide spectrum of practices. Her background includes Power Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, strength and circuit training, as well as candlelight and restorative styles. Angela has traveled to Wanderlust and other national yoga festivals to deepen her practice, studying with many coveted and inspirational instructors. She has practiced with teachers such as Seane Corn and Shiva Rea, along with countless others who have helped inspire her along the way. In addition to teaching classes, Angela has also led yoga teacher trainings and has had the honor of guiding new instructors at the beginning of their own teaching journeys. Supporting teachers as they discover their confidence, skills, and authentic voice is a role she cherishes deeply. Angela’s classes are rooted in strength and grounded in the belief that movement is a celebration of what our bodies can do. She loves keeping things fun, lighthearted, and approachable while still encouraging students to explore their physical and mental edges in a healthy, supportive way.
Her intention is always to offer a fresh start, a deeper connection, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you join Angela on the mat for a powerful flow, a sweaty sculpt class, or a grounding, reflective practice, you can expect strength, encouragement, authenticity—and plenty of heart.
Sara Schultz
Sara’s love for movement began long before she ever stepped into a studio. Growing up immersed in cheer and dance, she found joy in discipline, musicality, and the electric energy of moving in sync with others. That passion led her to begin teaching group fitness during her first year of college in 2005—a path she embraced wholeheartedly and never looked back from. What started as a college job became her full-time career and lifelong calling.
Over the last 20 years, Sara has taught nearly every discipline imaginable. From cycling and strength training to yoga, Pilates, barre, and even water aerobics, she built a foundation rooted in versatility, curiosity, and a desire to understand movement from every angle. Her deep expertise in Pilates—both reformer and mat—along with barre and strength modalities, continues to shape her signature style: grounded in precision, layered with challenge, and always focused on empowering students to discover their potential.
Throughout her career, Sara has led group fitness teams across boutique studios, big-box gyms, and YMCA communities. She eventually became certified to certify other instructors—a role that allowed her to train, mentor, and develop countless teachers as they stepped into their own leadership and teaching journeys. Guiding instructors toward confidence, clarity, and authenticity remains one of her greatest honors.
Sara’s classes are known for their high energy, motivating flow, and the perfect mix of hard work and play. She encourages students to embrace the challenge, tap into their inner fire, and surprise themselves with what they’re capable of. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, and you’ll almost certainly feel a little shake in your legs—but you’ll leave stronger for it.
Most of all, Sara brings genuine care to every room she leads. She has a gift for connecting with people individually, making each student feel seen, supported, and believed in. Her hope is that every class offers not just a workout, but an experience—one that inspires confidence, joy, and a deeper trust in what your body and spirit can do.
Whether you join Sara for a dynamic Pilates session, a powerful strength class, or an uplifting blend of movement styles, you can expect encouragement, authenticity, community—and a whole lot of heart.
